On July 1st, 2016 just before 8:00 a.m., a Dodge Neon driven by 47 year old Gary Lee Dorr, St.George was stopped for a traffic violation near the intersection of
Highway 24 and Lake Elbo Road, rural Manhattan. During this stop Deputies discovered an unspecified quantity of marijuana and methamphetamine as well as
drug paraphernalia. Gary Lee Door, the driver of the vehicle was taken into custody for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana
and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Dorr was transported to the Pottawatomie County Jail, and has bonded on a $5000 dollar cash or commercial bond.
