The Civil Process Division is located at 108 N 1st Street, Westmoreland, KS 66549, with a mailing address of PO Box 250, Westmoreland, KS 66549. Hours of operation are Monday though Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (with the exception of county holidays). There is a service fee associated with some of the services of civil process:
- For court documents originating in the State of Kansas, there is a service fee of $15.00. This fee applies to each address served.
- For court documents originating outside the State of Kansas, the fee is $20.00.
Acceptable forms of payment are either Cash or Check – Unfortunately we are unable to receive any type of electronic payment.
