The Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for information in a recent felony theft and damage to property case. Sometime between June 13, 2019 and July 13, 2019, unknown person or persons removed a hydraulic pump from a swather. The make of the swather is Frontier, and it is a pull type swather. The swather had been parked on a old farm site in the 23000 block of Oregon Trail Road, rural Belvue. The amount of loss and damage to this equipment is estimated at 6000.00 dollars. The hydraulic pump on this Frontier swather is somewhat unique, and it is believe the suspect likely took the pump to use on a similar piece of farm equipment.
