The Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s help in locating Makayla Sommer Baruth, a seventeen year-old white female who was last seen leaving her residence in rural Wamego, Kansas, at approximately 5:00 PM on April 10,2020. Baruth was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, dark colored jean style pants and “combat” style black boots. Baruth is approximately 5’10 and weighs approximately 190 pounds, with blonde hair and possibly some dark coloring in her hair. Baruth may be in the Wamego or Manhattan areas.
