On August 11th, 2016 at about 2:38 p.m. Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Dispatch received a report of an unwanted subject at the address of 717 Leonard Street in Onaga. The caller reported that another person inside the residence at 717 Leonard had been threatened with a gun. Sheriff Deputies and the Onaga Police responded to the area. The suspect in the matter, Scott Hanner of Onaga, was located outside of the residence (717 Leonard). After investigation of the incident, Deputies took 53 year old Hanner into custody. Hanner was probable cause arrested for aggravated assault, possession of a stimulant, possession of an hallucinogenic drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is currently confined at the Pottawatomie County Jail on a $10,000 cash or surety bond.
