On Monday February 3, 2020, at 8:27 a.m., the Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call, in reference to a deceased individual outside a residence in the 600 block of First Street Westmoreland. Upon Deputies arrival they located an individual outside, who was unresponsive. Pottawatomie County EMS was on-scene and pronounced the individual dead. At this time foul played is not suspected, and an autopsy is scheduled to determine cause of death. The individuals name and age are not being released until next of kin notification.
