On Sunday, January 5th, 2020, at 4:40 am, the Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office received a phone call in reference to shots being fired into an occupied residence in the 200 block of Bidwell Street, Emmett, Kansas.
Upon Officers arrival, they made contact with the residents and learned that the residence had several occupants inside at the time shots were fired and that no one was injured. Further investigation showed that an unknown person(s) fired several shots at the residence, striking the residence several times and a vehicle that was parked near the residence.
