On June 25th, 2016 at 5:27 a.m. Pottawatomie County Dispatch received a report of a possible sexual assault in Onaga. The victim reported to the Sheriff’s Office that she may have been assaulted by two males in an area West of Leonard Street in Onaga. The victim can only describe the suspects in this incident as 2 males, possibly driving a small vehicle. The victim reported this incident happened sometime after 11:00 p.m. June 24th, and before 5:27 a.m. on June 25th. The Sheriff’s Office is asking that anyone with information on this incident is urged to contact the Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office at 785-457-3353 or the Onaga Police Department at 785-889-4768.
