On October 25, 2019, Deputies with the Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 105 East Valley, lot #34 in Wamego Kansas. The warrant was a result of investigations into illegal  drug activity. Deputies serving the search warrant at this residence  discovered illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia. These items were  collected as evidence. Two residents of the home, Jacob Hodges, 31, and Mickensie Blaise, 21, were taken into custody for possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and child endangerment. Both subjects were transported to the Pottawatomie County Jail where bond was set at $25,000. Both subjects later bonded out of jail. Officers with the Wamego Police Department assisted in the search warrant.
